Our dedicated kitchen not only prepares hot meals, sandwiches and treats but also stocks our shelves with ready meals, baked goods, and more.

We're looking for a dedicated Cook or Bakerto join our friendly kitchen team in this unique setting---away from the usual restaurant grind. If you have a passion for cooking or baking and take pride in producing quality food, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
Assist with ingredient prep and kitchen organisation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
Maintain portion control and minimise food waste.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
A passion for cooking.
