Your educational background will include completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent which is integral and will contribute to success in this role.

Your application will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of job evaluation, job design, organizational analysis, and salary/wage administration principles, concepts, procedures and practices.

Strong awareness of the relationship of compensation administration to other human resources functions such as recruitment, training and employee relations is required.

Experience in the usage of SAP or a similar HRIS is required.

Your strong computing skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for statistical analysis and presentations is required.

- The Talent Management team operates in a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration. Team members are typically expected to work from our 250 Bloor Street east office a minimum of two days per week. However, on occasion you will be required to participate in TTC events, or work from other TTC locations based on client demands. Our core business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring alignment and accessibility across the team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
