As an integral part of the team, the Client Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of client scheduling and ensuring accuracy of all reports. This role works closely with the Clinical Managers to create and update accurate program schedules for all clients in the primary programs at Bellwood.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain spreadsheet of clients and their subsequent weeks for program/group lists and schedules
- Prepare and print weekly schedules for clients according to program
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers and clinical teams to plan program schedules and group room on a weekly basis
- Print and post daily group lists for programs (CORE, MAP)
- Prepare, populate and QA Intake, progress and final CAMH-WSIB reports for referred clients
- Audit all reports after clinician input, ensuring they are up to referents standards
- Liaising with clients’ care teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting is followed and to collaborate on client/referent issues that arise
- Adhere to WSIB submission due dates
- Attending weekly CAMH-WSIB clinical case conference meetings
- Preparing and proofreading WSIB Reports
- Maintain facility group rooms/ room bookings via outlook
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
- Additional training or certification in medical or mental health administration is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a similar field is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is an asset.
