Responsibilities:

Take note of orders to be completed and organize work
Ensure that all requested production is completed on time
Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for his/her workstation
Operate and maintain equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area
Help train new employees
Ensure compliance with Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques
Knead dough (prepare recipe, weigh ingredients, knead, etc.)
Divide dough (shape dough, rest dough, etc.)
Shaping the dough (giving the dough its final shape with the shaping machine and/or by hand, finishing by hand, etc.).
Bake the dough (place the dough on the oven belt, laminate the dough, put the dough in the oven, unmould the products, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy.
Perform various tasks related to baking.

Requirements:

Minimum DEP in bakery
A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position - Mandatory
Mastery of artisanal production techniques
Great sense of autonomy
Good physical condition
Strong organizational skills
Strong team player
