The term of this Internship is from September - December 2025
The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:
- Business analysis and problem solving
- Use quantitative methods (i.e., Excel models, Access / SQL databases) to pull reports, develop insights and support strategic decision making
- Perform financial analysis and modeling for potential opportunities
- Support the development of business cases for new opportunities
- Support the development of investment memo's, storyboards, and formal presentation materials for new opportunities
- Present key insights and recommendations based on research and data analysis
- Fact gathering and research
- Conduct market research to support business unit and enterprise strategy (e.g., competitive position, product assessments, market sizing, etc.)
- Scan various sources to identify, track, and monitor market and competitive trends
- Perform interviews with internal and external parties to gather information and develop insights
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Manage various initiatives and provide recommendations for process improvements / efficiencies within
- Review the sales manuals and ensure all processes are updated and documented within
- Support on event management and expense management with operational and administrative tasks as required
- Sales CRM Support
- Oversee CRM platform operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement while collaborating with sales leadership to implement process improvements
- Lead CRM-related enhancements which may include integration into core systems
- Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders
- Sales operational support
- Provide day-to-day support for the SFR and REM teams, addressing and resolving operational issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and process improvements
- Support sales team initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely and successful execution

- Currently enrolled in University or MBA program (Finance, Business, Marketing is preferred)
- Quick learner with the ability to multi-task; ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen with a passion for understanding and solving problems for our customers using quantitative / analytical approaches
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
- trong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize assignments, projects, and multi-task within restricted time constraints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review one's own work
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
