Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Bilingual proficiency in English and French
1-2 years of experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, etc) and SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc).
1-2 years of experience with Cloud and Big Data ecosystem tools (GCP, Vertex AI, WorkStations, Docker, AirFlow, etc).
1-2 years of experience with data engineering and data pipeline skills, with the ability to understand how to efficiently build model pipelines to support production ready models.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Strong foundation in data mining and data cleaning to analyze large amounts of structured (Parquet, CSV, etc) and unstructured (XML, JSON, etc) data in a data lake environment and translating data into clear and concise findings.
An excellent understanding and hands-on experience of Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning techniques like transformers, NLP, clustering and other similar techniques.
Exposure to version control systems (e.g. Git)
Knowledge of Bank Information Systems, such as product and reporting systems, including finance systems, Salesforce, GDAP, and the Enterprise Data Lake is an asset.
Knowledge of Banking products and services is an asset.
