Our client is is going through a strategic ERP transformation and looking for a senior OCM consultant to help with their transition. The ideal candidate will work at a strategic level with executives and the steering committee. The consultant will define and manage the change management strategy, ensuring alignment and readiness across key stakeholders to drive successful adoption
Duration: 12 months to start
Location: Hybrid - Toronto
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and the steering committee to develop and implement a Change Management Strategy aligned with SAP adoption goals.
- Facilitate change readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change capacity evaluations, and organizational readiness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on change strategy and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and manage key change initiatives and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of SAP.
- Design and execute communication plans , training programs , and stakeholder engagement strategies to support all phases of the SAP transition.
- Oversee post-go-live adoption efforts, including continuous improvement initiatives and control measures to ensure sustainable change.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on technology implementations.
- Proven expertise in working with executives and steering committees to deliver strategic change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing change management programs for SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication and training strategies for complex system transitions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at a strategic level.
- Nice to have: Certification in Prosci Change Management or Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™).
