Job Description Accountabilities:
- Support the development and execution of organizational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with CPP Investments' strategic objectives and priorities.
- Leverage analytical capabilities to evaluate organizational data, identifying nuanced trends and insights that drive informed decision making and improve performance.
- Escalate and apply judgement to address issues, challenges, and risks with a balance of innovation and agility while considering impact on key stakeholders.
- Identify and support efforts to optimize organizational development processes, programs, initiatives, and procedures; introducing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, cultivating collaborative partnerships to ensure alignment, foster feedback, and garner support for organizational development endeavors.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, research findings, and best practices in Organizational Development / Talent Management, contributing innovative ideas and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of organizational development programs, processes, initiative, and procedures; monitoring progress and making recommendations to drive desired outcomes.
- Support Organizational Development Programs relating to the Global Competency Model, Employee Engagement and Experience, Culture \& Retention and Change Management.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in reporting and process/program management, preferably in HR, learning, ED\&I, data/analysis or in the financial or professional services industry.
- Advance practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other relevant systems/applications (e.g. Tableau, LMS systems).
- Experience in the survey platform Qualtrics.
