Advise the Executive Team on key financial matters and performance metrics.
Collaborate on IT security initiatives to safeguard financial data.
Accounting, Compliance \& Reporting
Manage financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax filings, and internal audits.
Maintain relationships with auditors, legal counsel, insurance providers, and banks.
Budgeting \& Cost Control
Prepare and manage the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and capital expenditure planning.
Analyze variance reports and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
Lead the development of long-term capital plans and ROI-focused investments.
Operational Finance
Work closely with Revenue Management to support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
Ensure accurate inventory controls and procurement processes.
Oversee system upgrades and the integration of financial software.
Team Development
Lead, coach, and support the Finance, Payroll, Purchasing, and IT teams.
Provide financial literacy training to department heads.
Foster a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred.
Minimum 8 years of senior-level financial management experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of financial systems such as Opera, Sun, Shiji, or other ERP tools.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver measurable business results.
Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills required.
