Job Description: Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of the IT strategy to support business growth and enhance team productivity
Lead IT projects aimed at improving customer engagement and operational scalability
Evaluate and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
Lead the reimplementation of the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy
Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to define project requirements and ensure a seamless transition
Manage and maintain digital and in-store systems, including POS systems, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
Manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency
Establish a Disaster Recovery program to safeguard company tech assets
Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions
Oversee cybersecurity infrastructure and policies, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering an innovative culture
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align IT initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cloud Technologies: Applicants must be proficient in various cloud technologies, including data storage, networking, and security.
Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning: Candidates should have substantial experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including understanding of their design, implementation, and optimization.
Knowledge of Cyber Security: Applicants must have a firm grasp of cyber security principles and best practices. This includes understanding of threat detection, risk management, and data protection strategies.
Leadership Skills: As an IT manager, you will be expected to lead a team. Therefore, strong leadership skills, including team management, delegation, and conflict resolution, are essential.
Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff members is critical. This includes the ability to explain complex IT issues in simple terms.
Problem-Solving Skills: Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, including the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Related Field: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in an IT leadership role is required.
Project Management: Candidates should have experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Continuous Learning: The IT field is constantly evolving, so a commitment to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends is crucial.
