About the Role
We are seeking an Advisor Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in life insurance products , and experience with segregated funds and wealth management is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should also have a background in recruiting and developing financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new advisors to grow the team.
- Provide expert guidance on life insurance products, segregated funds, and wealth management solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- LLQP License (Life License Qualification Program) required.
- Extensive experience in life insurance products ; experience with segregated funds and wealth management is a plus.
- Prior experience recruiting and managing advisors is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proven track record of leadership, sales performance, and team development.
