The Opportunity
We are expanding our distinguished Scientific Advisory Board of thought leaders who are passionate about mental health innovation and digital therapeutics. This is a unique opportunity to influence a high-growth startup during its critical early scaling phase while contributing to meaningful advancements in mental healthcare delivery. Specifically, we seek experts in child or youth psychology/psychiatry, addiction psychopathology, and artificial intelligence in mental health.
Your Impact
As a Scientific Advisory Board member, you will:
- Provide strategic guidance on our clinical framework and technology integration.
- Help validate our approach through evidence-based methodologies.
- Advise on emerging trends and research opportunities in digital mental health and artificial intelligence.
- Support our commitment to ethical AI implementation in therapeutic settings.
- Contribute to our scientific credibility and market positioning.
Ideal Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Established track record in digital health, telehealth, or AI applications in healthcare.
- Published research relevant to behavioral addiction, mood patterns, or technology-enabled mental health assessments or interventions.
- Experience with regulatory considerations for digital therapeutics.
- Network within academic and clinical communities relevant to mental health.
- Previous advisory or executive experience with health tech startups (preferred).
Commitment \& Compensation
- 8-10 hours per month commitment.
- Monthly virtual board meetings.
- Ad-hoc consultations on specific initiatives.
- Meaningful equity compensation package in a high-potential startup.
