Job description Your role:
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Develop scalable custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce as needed.
- Configure and automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
- Lead or support Experience Cloud implementations including custom branding, access control, and user experience optimization.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom services.
- Implement and customize Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and DocuSign for document generation and e-signature workflows.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Proven expertise in Experience Cloud (Communities) and experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience building and managing complex Experience Cloud sites.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP API.
- Hands-on experience with Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and DocuSign.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications (preferred).
