YOUR ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to establish goals and improve operations
- Operate material handling equipment
- Direct the activities of warehouse associates
- Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
- Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
- Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
- Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
- Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
- Be available to work overtime and weekends
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- 1 - 2 years of Forklift operating experience
- Basic technical and math skills
