What is the project?

A six-kilometre tunnel and associated tunnelling works from Exhibition to Don Yard portal (west of the Don River)

One above-ground station to be integrated with the existing GO Transit Exhibition Station

Two underground stations to be integrated with the existing TTC Osgoode and Queen subway stations

Four new underground stations (King/Bathurst, Queen/Spadina, Moss Park, Corktown.

Job Description
- Review and creation of requirement specifications or user stories and identification of improvement potential
- Validation of specifications and errors in requirement management tools such as DOORS
- Implementations Requirements Management tool for the project.
- Ensures that the designs of any project specific enhancements utilize existing functionality or align as closely as possible to current system design
- Work with our Customer base to understand their needs and ensure the development process delivers high-quality products that meet end-user requirements
- Development and approval of Requirement Management Plan and Procedures.
- Help teams in answering requirement related comments on design packages.
- Progress Reporting -- Requirement Management
- Interface with the Project's Document Control/Management System
- Issue and maintain the requirement baselines.
- Coordinate and Integrate Subsystems/Subprojects
- Manage the Change Request process within the Requirement Capture tool align with Requirements.
- Interim takeover and stage wise handover to client
- Systems/Safety Assurance Coordination (Safety Case/ RAMS/ ISA Safety Notice closure, SA deliverables)
- Hazard Log \& Control Measures Management (PHA, OSHA, SSHA, IHA ) for Safety Requirements
- Coordinate and manage all configuration management activities, including planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audit
- Identify and document the functional and physical characteristics of configuration items
- Ensure that all changes to the system are recorded, evaluated, approved, and implemented
- Track all problems and changes in product documents and reports changes and current configuration
- Provide input to design and development teams for improvement of system reliability and maintainability
- Manage change request process
- Development and Approval of Configuration Management Plan and Procedures
- Issue the Configuration baseline report on defined project milestones.
- Conduct and Issue the Configuration Audit \& Report for FCA (Functional Configuration Audit) and PCA (Physical Configuration Audit)
- Conduct the CCB meeting to discuss and implement the Project Changes.
- Managing Tool to log and control all changes.
- Maintain the CI list of software to track full version history of software.
- Issue and maintain the VDD (Version Description Document) after software update
Qualifications Education and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in similar activities
- Previous experience Experience in DOORS is must.
- Previous experience in change control will be an advantage
- Experience of international projects and in Railway projects
- Should be involved in Project completion and Handover activities
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication and presentation skills, systematic and able to carry out tasks with minimum supervision. Demonstrates expertise in report writing and group presentation and facilitation.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Direct hands-on experience with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of International System Assurance and Integration standards and practices to ensure effective implementation.
- Broad knowledge of the railway environment and engineering practices in particular at System level.
- Fluency in English is a must (written \& spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and to motivate and build positive synergy within the team

- MS Office and DOORs proficiency
