The Opportunity What you will do -

Analyze large excel spreadsheets for correct data quality and uploading same, using our systems template.

Manually code policies into our coding system, including endorsements, cancellations and extensions.

Investigate and correct accounting discrepancies.

Assisting the Claims Department by providing the correct policy numbers to enable the team to open a claim.
Job Qualifications What you bring to the table: Required:

Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Operations area.

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the financial area.

Vast knowledge of excel and a great attention to detail. Logical thinking and exceptional organizational skills are paramount for success in this role.
Preferred:
- Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business systems or similar data systems
- Experience with database management
