Technical Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

You will focus on driving revenue by actively pursuing and closing sales. You will engage with aircraft completion centers, operators and OEMs through phone and email to offer targeted product solutions that deliver value for each customer's operational needs.
You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AEM products. You will execute targeted sales campaigns and follow up on marketing leads converting customer interest into sales orders.
You will collaborate and refer more complex customer needs to the outbound sales team on longer term sales programs.
You will stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to best position AEM's solutions.
You will collaborate daily with our sales coordinators, sales associates and the marketing team.
You will maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in Salesforce CRM to support forecasting.

About the Candidate

A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
A collaborative and supportive approach
At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management, with technical or avionics products.
Strong communication skills and comfort with cold calling.
High technical aptitude and an eagerness to understand and explain complex solutions.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Completion of a formal sales training program is an asset.
