- Match candidates sourced from aligned Talent Attraction recruiters into Account Executive opportunities
- Coach candidates through interview process
- Implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates
- Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
- Partner with other departments (Recruiting Coordination, Talent Attraction, Employee Marketing, Sales Strategy, Headcount Management and Finance)
- Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
- Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and operates well under pressure
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Beamery highly preferred)
