Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for operations, including weekly reports and safety training statistics.
Assist with updating and monitoring annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts. Ensure monthly account and bank reconciliations are completed on time, maintaining financial accuracy. Monitor expenses and overheads, providing insight into cost control initiatives and variances.
Banking \& EFT Processing: Responsible for processing EFTs and managing banking files to ensure smooth operations. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide timely support for any financial or operational requests from management and assist in ad hoc financial analyses. Mentorship: Guide and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
About You Accounting Designation: A CPA designation is required. Experience in Public AccountingEducational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
