We are looking for an EDI Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in talking to customers, getting the requirements, and putting it to the Mapping sheet.
In this role you will
- Design the High level and Low-level design documents based on the customer requirement.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and solve issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain specifications using SpecBuilder and XML.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting implementation projects.
- Solid background in EDI systems and standards.
- Must have good experience in SAP \& Database.
- Prior experience in Retail Domain is a Must.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
