About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to join our company and help define and elevate the Wireless DNA brand. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager , this role requires a creative visionary who can think strategically, deliver high-quality creative assets, and lead the creative development process from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, creative direction, and multi-channel design strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy \& Brand Building
- Develop and drive the creative vision for Wireless DNA across all channels (digital, print, in-store, and events).
- Shape and strengthen the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing to define the brand strategy and visual direction for campaigns and product launches.
Concept Development \& Design Execution
- Create compelling, innovative designs for digital and print assets, including websites, social media, advertising, product packaging, and sales collateral.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and translate business goals into powerful creative solutions.
- Design and refine creative concepts, from rough sketches to polished final assets.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to external agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align creative output with overall business objectives .
- Act as a mentor and guide for junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
Execution \& Quality Control
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with the brand's visual guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining creative integrity.
- Oversee the production process, including working with printers, developers, and other vendors as needed.
Market \& Industry Insight
- Stay on top of industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activity.
- Continuously introduce new creative approaches to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategy and creative campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across a variety of channels and formats.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience working with web and UI/UX design is an asset.
