Role Overview
What's On Your Plate
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to deliver key KPIs for our growth vertical business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and brand strategy. Activities include campaign planning, managing creative development, and supporting media and channel strategy and performance tracking.
- Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage market insights, consumer trends and customer data to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate closely with Skip's Partnership team to identify new opportunities to drive partner growth and develop marketing plans to bring these programs to life
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Customer Engagement, and Product Development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and business trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement, continually refining strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of retail industry developments and emerging trends in delivery and logistics, sharing insights and best practices with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Recipe For Success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in designing and executing direct marketing campaigns and running promotions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate ideas, insights and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with marketing metrics and performance measurement techniques
