Setting guidelines for evaluations, recruitment, and advancement. Reporting results to the CEO.Requirements:3 years of Food \& Beverage experience within a Franchise or Corporate Chain. Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals. Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
