ROLE
- Ensure security and availability of organization's information, IT infrastructure, and IT assets
- Level 1 support for network, desktop computing, and telephony issues
- Level 1 support for application and system issues
- Level 1 support to end user (training and advice)
- Enrolment and termination of user accounts within applications, systems and provincial entities
- Desktop computer and network cable moves, adds, changes
- Manage support requests to insure compliance with service level agreements
- Coordination and escalation to third party support entities
REQUIRED EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE

Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience and training

Minimum of 2 years' experience providing level 1 IT support

ITIL Foundation Certified

CompTIA A Certification

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
