How will you contribute? Prerequisites
- A post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
- Minimum of twelve (12) months experience coordinating a high volume of transactions in a client-facing role, with a focus on service excellence and responsiveness;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and stakeholders in both official languages;
- A sharp eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment tools, records and HR systems;
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products, and comfortable learning and navigating HR systems;
- Experience working in a Human Resources environment is considered an asset.
