Coordinating with the project team, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders to facilitate work, project document management and change management processes

Supporting project team in developing and updating project schedules, integration and dependency milestones based on input from stakeholders and the project team

Conducting regular site visits, reporting progress to the Project Manager and keeping the project team informed of any issues that may impact project delivery or client expectations

Facilitating and attending project meetings and preparing meetings minutes

Monitoring progress and performance against established terms of reference and Work Plans

Profile
-
University Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
-
PMP, PMI-SP and /or PSP Certification (an asset)
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with initiative and attention to detail
-
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
-
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder and technical environments

Advanced time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

English fluency, both oral and written
