About the Opportunity Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating invoices, ensuring accuracy and submission to vendors in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients and/or vendors as needed, answering inquiries while providing quality and professional direction.
- Processing weekly payroll
- Preparing weekly and monthly government remittances
- Prepared and remit monthly union remittances
- Processing account payables, expenses, and payments
- Preparing bank deposits
- Posting of journal entries and GL reconciliation
- Preparing reporting as needed
- Assisting with Month End close
- Provide administrative support as required
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative
