This Position: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leveraging their exceptional analytical skills to utilize data and available systems to support a comprehensive financial analysis for key management decisions. Other key responsibilities include ensuring accounting integrity of key areas resulting in accurate financial statements, value-add insights into the financial results, and the ability to drive efficiencies and change management. Major Responsibilities: Month-End Management Reporting -- provide monthly reporting packages for key areas of the P\&L Create new reporting as required to meet changing business needs Other weekly and monthly reporting to management for certain key business indicators Interact with both internal and external parties for issue resolution, reporting, reconciliations, explanation Assist in the preparation of key components of the annual financial budget Communicate results to key personnel with financial recommendations Initiate, support, and contribute to special projects, process improvements and automation Influence a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process and job efficiencies Other analysis and projects as required of the position TMGNY Job Requirements: CPA or working towards 5 years experience in a Corporate Accounting or FP\&A role, ideally in retail, CPG or Pharma Strong Microsoft Excel Apply
