Our team is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the delivery of multiple ongoing and upcoming projects. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will play an active role in the coordination and execution of various projects of different types and scales across the GTA.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and in our Toronto office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the project team, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders to facilitate work, project document management and change management processes
- Supporting project team in developing and updating project schedules, integration and dependency milestones based on input from stakeholders and the project team
- Conducting regular site visits, reporting progress to the Project Manager and keeping the project team informed of any issues that may impact project delivery or client expectations
- Facilitating and attending project meetings and preparing meetings minutes
- Monitoring progress and performance against established terms of reference and Work Plans
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
- PMP, PMI-SP and /or PSP Certification (an asset)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder and technical environments
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- English fluency, both oral and written
