Responsibilities:

Spearhead a diverse range of corporate transactions, from general search and registration services to incorporations, share structure amendments, and beyond.
Take charge of incorporating and organizing Alberta and Federal corporations, societies, and not-for-profit companies.
Provide invaluable support to lawyers by assisting with amalgamations, arrangements, reorganizations, and amendments.
Handle the registration of limited partnerships, both domestic and extra-provincial.
Skillfully prepare dividend resolutions and meticulously review minute books.
Ensure accurate data entry of entities into corporate databases and document management systems.
Showcase your ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout.
Possess a paralegal diploma or certificate, coupled with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in corporate paralegal roles.
Exhibit proficiency in all facets of corporate work, with a preference for experience with Alberta CORES III work and accreditation.
Showcase advanced computer skills, particularly with PDF and MS Word applications.
Prioritize tasks effectively and coordinate activities in a timely manner.
Familiarity with corporate databases such as ALF is considered a valuable asset.
Show dedication to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
