Job Description:
A leading global technology company is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to support and grow its digital creator ecosystem in Canada. In this role, you will manage relationships with a wide range of digital content creators, helping them succeed on the platform through strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and scalable programs.
This role combines operational execution with strategic thinking, requiring cross-functional collaboration across internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive product adoption, audience growth, and revenue for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Canadian digital content creators at scale.
- Share platform best practices, product updates, monetization strategies, and policy guidance.
- Use data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support business growth for creators.
- Lead workshops, events, and scalable programs aimed at expanding the creator ecosystem.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2--4 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills including presenting, writing, and facilitating events.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with acute attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, music, entertainment, or gaming industries, especially digital platforms.
- Understanding of or connections within the Canadian creator or gaming landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and solve complex challenges.
- Proven success in using data to generate actionable insights and support partner growth.
