Our not-for-profit childcare services provider is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead a strategic assessment and modernization of their IT ecosystem, supporting a transformation project.
This is a part-time engagement (3 days/week) based in Mississauga, Ontario
Duration: 8 weeks
Project Overview:
The selected candidate will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing systems---including CRM, CCMS, HRIS, billing, and registration platforms---and develop a 5- to 10-year IT roadmap. This roadmap will guide future investments and ensure alignment across departments like IT, Finance, HR, and Childcare Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of IT systems and identify modernization opportunities
- Recommend solutions that optimize integration, compliance, data flow, and automation
- Develop a strategic roadmap for IT investment and phased implementation over 5--10 years
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across business and technical functions
- Evaluate and integrate technologies related to CRM, HRIS, CCMS, and billing systems
- Consider automation, AI-powered enhancements, and RPA tools during planning
Must-Haves:
- 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM 2016 and CRM modernization
- Expertise in system integration and middleware solutions (e.g., Tibco/TCI)
- Experience with AI-powered automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Familiarity with HRIS, billing, CCMS, and registration systems
- Background in childcare management or similar sectors is a strong asset
