As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our remote team. Job Description:As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-driven decisions within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that will influence business strategies.
This is a fully remote role open to applicants located in Canada. Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data analysis solutions. Conduct statistical analysis and assist in predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns. Collaborate with business units to help define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively. Knowledge of data privacy regulations in Canada (PIPEDA) and experience working with data compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based data tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling. What
