Support the project engineering team by preparing project scopes, specifications, schedules, budgets, and funding requests.
Manage assigned capital projects while working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists.
Field verification of engineering drawings and field data collection for project planning and execution.
Prepare design calculations and reports.
Assist other departments such as operations, Quality etc. with their engineering requests (RES).
Currently enrolled as a third- or fourth-year undergraduate student in an accredited post-secondary mechanical engineering program
Independent and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Previous related co-op or internship experience is considered an asset
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights
Pass a pulmonary breathing test
Ability to don a gas mask-type respirator and PPE
Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
