What You'll Do Here
- Execute assignments based on project management best practices and methodologies (PMBOK).
- Identify and implement processes improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using technology, strategy, and analytics.
- Facilitate business process reengineering workshops to streamline and improve business processes and recommending future state processes.
- Organize task mining initiatives and/or process walkthrough sessions to capture and document current process flows.
- Meticulously gather, document, and analyze business requirements and propose potential solutions through user interviews, group discussions, and other means.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders during requirements and testing development.
- Create new or improve existing documentation such as procedures, workflows, and user guides and recommend controls by identifying issues.
- Assess potential process automation candidates with stakeholders and provide summary documentation outlining the results of these assessments.
- Apply sound analysis and critical thinking to evaluate ideas, decisions, and outcomes, offering recommendations to stakeholders.
- Present findings in a clear, and visually engaging format for stakeholders.
- Engage appropriate teams throughout project to ensure adherence to technical standards and provide recommendations on the practical application of technology.
- Deliver regular updates to project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
- Support change management plan in collaboration with the Business Readiness team.
- Provide training, guidance and support to the business associated with agreed upon changes.
- Assist with various operational issues, including troubleshooting production support issues, as well as gathering and documenting change request details.
- Provide technical direction and problem-solving assistance to other colleagues.
What You Bring To The Team
- Construction industry experience is an asset.
- CBAP Certification.
- 3-5 years or more in a Business Analyst role.
- Functional experience in one or more SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in testing, documentation, user training, or project management related to the application development life cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong degree of emotional intelligence and self- awareness.
- Excellent communication skills to act as communicators, facilitators, and mediators.
