We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize social media posts for better visibility and reach.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Schedule posts and manage content calendars using tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media management tools is a plus.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is a nice-to-have asset.
