Role Description
Gingerbug is looking to bring on an experienced CPG professional, to lead its Canadian retail expansion in 2025. The Vice President of Sales will work alongside Gingerbug's CEO and its Vice President of Operations, overseeing all sales activities. This will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving business growth through sales initiatives. Responsibilities also include account management, sales operations, sales management, and business development to drive market expansion in Canadian retail.
Qualifications
- 10 years sales experience in CPG industry (ideally in beverage)
- Strong industry connections
- Solid industry reputation
- Sales Management skills
- Experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
