Versance Technologies Inc. is transforming how public companies engage with investors. Our AI platform is already in-market, and we've been selected as a Beta startup at Web Summit Vancouver this May --- a milestone validating our progress and opening a major window to accelerate our financing.
We're preparing to capitalize on this opportunity with a targeted financing campaign and are looking for an experienced fundraising advisor to help lead the charge.
The Role
We're seeking a Fundraising Advisor to help coordinate our capital raise and investor engagement in the lead-up to and during Web Summit. You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team to ensure we present a compelling, professional, and investment-ready opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a clean, investor-ready data room
- Review and help refine our investor deck and supporting materials
- Identify potential investors (VCs, angels, family offices) attending Web Summit Vancouver
- Coordinate outreach and schedule investor meetings before and during the event
- Advise on financing structure, timing, and investor engagement strategy
- Track investor pipeline and support closing momentum
Who You Are
- Experienced in early-stage fundraising, either as a consultant, startup CFO, capital raise manager, or VC
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and aligning with strategic goals
- Strong network in venture capital, angel investing, or broker channels is a big plus
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or fintech is helpful but not required
- Available immediately to engage in a hands-on role through the end of May (and potentially beyond)
