Here's what you will do as a Digital Marketing AnalystWe're seeking a digitally savvy, results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong understanding of Shopify Plus and integrated eCommerce systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing D2C and B2B stores on Shopify, optimizing marketing performance, and implementing CRM workflows---not a full-stack developer, but someone who knows enough to manage integrations, apps, and data flow confidently. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and functionality of our Shopify storefront, coordinating light customization and app integration, and using analytics to drive marketing strategy and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing AnalystManaging Shopify Plus storefronts for both D2C and B2B, including site updates, product launches, merchandising, and app integrations
Optimizing site performance, usability, and customer experience without the need for custom development
Implementing and managing CRM workflows, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing campaigns using HubSpotTracking and analyzing marketing and customer behavior data to deliver actionable insights and improve campaign performance
Coordinating with marketing, design, and product teams to support promotions, launches, and cross-channel strategy
Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs including conversion rates, retention, and campaign ROIWhat we are looking for in a Digital Marketing Analyst3+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing operations with a focus on analytics and execution
Experience managing Shopify Plus stores (no coding required, but a working knowledge of themes, apps, and storefront tools is essential)Familiarity with Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and optimizing backend workflows
Working knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) including automation, analytics, and segmentation
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and basic tracking/tagging
Understanding of D2C and B2B eCommerce best practices, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
