We're hiring a Risk Analyst -- Technical Risk \& Controls | Based in Montreal (Hybrid)
A fast-growing international financial institution is looking for a Risk Analyst to join its Technical Office \& Expertise team in the Americas. This role plays a key part in strengthening risk management practices across infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and report on risk metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and service performance indicators
- Support audits and help maintain a strong control environment across IT domains
- Work closely with global and regional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of risk controls and operational procedures
- Help build a standardized control framework across multiple entities in the Americas
What we're looking for:
- 3--5 years of experience managing processes and technologies in an IT infrastructure setting
- Strong technical background is a must
- Solid knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, and regulatory requirements (Americas)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an agile and dynamic environment
