Title: Creative Producer
- Embrace a scrappy, hands-on approach - expect to juggle shoot days on sets, in parks, on the streets, and wherever the story leads.
- Lead the creative and strategic direction for Jollyfish Studio's branded shows
- Oversee the full production cycle --- from concept to pilot to full-scale release
- Own the creative vision while managing logistics for seamless execution
- Direct a small team of talent, crew, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life
- Provide direct feedback for revisions on scripts and edits
- Understand, evaluate, and implement feedback from the team to improve your work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications

- Experience in producing short form, viral content
- ++ Experience working as a generalist in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content
- Passion for storytelling and strong narrative building skills
- Strong understanding of social platforms and related trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Specifications
- Contract-to-Hire: 3-month contract period, with possibility to convert to full-time
- Salary Range: 5k-6k per month (contract phase), 60k-75k annual (full-time)
- Can work in-person in Toronto 4 days/week preferred but not required
