Our client located in the North York, has an immediate need for a Receptionist for a temporary placement -- 4 weeks, with the potential to be hired permanent.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and distributing messages to the correct individual
- Scheduling meetings for partners
- Monitoring general email inbox
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Send and receive courier packages or other deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Reception or Admin position
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Bonus: familiarity with architecture/design industry is a plus
Perks:
- Work Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Pay rate range from $20 - $23 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly
