Our client in the professional services is seeking an Azure Infra Architect on a contract basis. Duration: 6 months to startLocation: Hybrid 3d/week TorontoResponsibilities:Design and implement innovative infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure. Define the desired relationships and operating models across software, hardware, networks, personnel, and operations in a cloud-based environment.
Provide subject matter expertise on cloud infrastructure and Azure best practices. Collaborate with multiple teams to provide guidance and solutions to complex problems. Lead architectural planning and decision-making processes.
Mentor and support team members in cloud solution design and implementation. Stay informed on cloud trends and advancements to inform architectural strategy. Contribute to cross-team decisions and serve as a go-to expert for cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications5 + years experience as an Azure Infra ArchitectureExpert-level experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Strong experience in containerization and related technologies. Demonstrated experience in leading cloud transformation initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Ability to work across functional teams and influence decisions. Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
