Position Overview:
As part of Powerfleet's ambitious growth strategy, we operate a dedicated Business Transformation function to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives. This team serves as the execution arm of corporate strategy, focusing on optimizing operations, expanding markets, and increasing profitability.
The Business Transformation Manager will play a critical role in advancing these initiatives by:
- Defining and implementing an effective operating model to enhance business efficiency.
- Identifying and executing margin improvement opportunities.
- Supporting market expansion and strategic growth efforts.
- Leading business integrations following M\&A activity to ensure seamless transitions and value realization.
- Driving cultural change to foster innovation and agility.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to lead large-scale programs, optimize operations, and drive transformation. The Business Transformation Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Transformation Strategy \& Planning
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve margins, expand markets, and introduce new products.
- Develop business cases to justify investments, assess customer impact and business risks, and secure approvals.
Program Execution \& Implementation
- Design and implement transformation programs, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and global partners.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program execution while supporting customers through change.
- Leverage best-in-class tools, methodologies, and processes to drive transformation efforts.
- Manage organizational change sensitively and effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term adoption.
Performance Measurement \& Continuous Improvement
- Track and achieve key outcomes, including EBITDA growth, service enhancements, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
- Lead steering committees, engage executives, and communicate progress effectively with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, define objectives, allocate resources, and monitor milestones.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain agility in a dynamic environment.
- Embed transformation initiatives into ongoing operations to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills \& Experience:
- 3 years in a transformation role within a high-growth software organization.
- 10 years of leadership experience in high-growth global businesses.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs.
- Experience with acquisition integration.
- Proven ability to drive margin expansion and cost efficiencies in global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of business systems optimization and rationalization.
- Experience in scaling and transforming teams.
- Familiarity with working across multiple geographies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
