As a main point of contact to various department areas, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and reporting needs. You will be responsible for designing sophisticated dashboards and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable, visually appealing insights. Responsibilities
About the role:The Team Lead Operational Reporting actively collaborates with multiple business units to identify and report appropriate operational and financial metrics that assist management in achieving corporate objectives. This team member directly supports a team of analysts by coordinating effort, developing skills, leading production, ensuring quality controls and calibrating customer requirements
- Organize, lead and manage ad-hoc research projects incorporating project design, data collection and analysis, summarization of findings and presentation of results
- Manage, develop and maintain department's procedural documents and appropriate quality control processes
- Provide ongoing leadership, support, guidance and training for team members to align department performance with objectives
- Support department leadership with short- and long-term resource planning
- Develop new processes or systems for reporting
- Maintain a subject matter expertise with respect to local and companywide reporting capabilities
- Approve time reports, prepare and conduct performance appraisals, and all other routine team administrative duties
Qualifications

- Advance Analytical skills with an ability to evaluate problems and make recommendations for courses of action
- Proficient with data mining tools such as SAS, SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Cloud base Application Azure and Databricks
- Attention to detail and a forward thinker (ability to think outside the box) strongly desired
- Effective written and verbal presentation skills; ability to communicate well with Senior Management
Experience:
- 5 years' experience in financial analysis, data mining, statistics, or forecasting required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient with PC software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proficient with data mining tools such as Access, SAS, and SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of finance, statistics, accounting and/or financial services
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience is required
