- Design and implement the overall data system architecture, including databases, data warehouses, pipelines, and storage processes.
- Define and manage data flows between systems, ensuring their efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Ensure data security and adherence to company data governance standards.
- Work closely with both technical teams (data engineers, analysts) and non-technical teams (project managers, business leads) to ensure the architecture meets business needs.
- Optimize data system performance to support growth and evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data management and assess their potential for the organization.
What You Bring To Our Team

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

9+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale environment.

Expertise in database management, data modeling, and storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

Strong knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, etc.).

Experience with Big Data technologies and optimizing data system performance.

Demonstrated experience in designing modern cloud solutions and controlling the cost optimization of these solutions.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Ability to solve complex problems and design innovative solutions.

Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
