I'm looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant Intern who speaks fluent French and English to assist me, Sam Drissi, directly in my day-to-day professional tasks. This is a two-month unpaid internship, with strong potential for a paid contract based on demonstrated value.
About the Opportunity: You'll be working side-by-side with me in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a unique chance to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, administrative management, strategic execution, and personal productivity systems with full mentorship and guidance.
Tasks \& Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage my emails, calendar, and scheduling.
- Help coordinate meetings and ensure task follow-ups.
- Draft and proofread documents, emails, and reports.
- Assist in managing and scheduling content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Conduct basic research (market analysis, partnership scouting, etc.).
- Create and update project boards (Trello, Notion, etc.).
- Support with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Communicate with existing remote team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
- Basic skills in Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva are an asset.
- Curious, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Preferably in a time zone aligned with Eastern Time (ET) for smooth collaboration.
