On behalf of our client in the area of Barrie, ON, Progression3 is in search of an IT Technician for a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated on-site support which includes Break \& Fix on PC, Laptops and printers (laser and multifunction).
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience Break \& Fix on PC, Laptops and printers (laser and multifunction).
- A certification preferred
Nice to have:
- CompTIA A
- IBM/Lenovo Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certified
- HP Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certified
