Summary:KITS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retention Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!
As a key member of the Retention Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence and develop marketing strategies that foster lasting relationships with our customers. You will collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team to apply your creativity and analytical skills to nurture the KITS consumer lifecycle. Responsibilities:Retention Campaign Strategy:Participate in the development and execution of retention strategies, including targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Support the planning, briefing, and coordination of creative assets for product launches, offers, and email marketing strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Retention team to build, analyze, and optimize email campaigns, automated messaging journeys. Conduct A/B testing on various elements of SMS and email campaigns to identify best-performing strategies.
Implement optimization techniques to continually improve campaign performance and key metrics. Enhance the KITS customer lifecycle by mapping user touchpoints to identify opportunities for improved retention. Share and contribute new creative ideas for email visuals and messaging; while design experience is not required, a creative eye and input are highly valued.
Marketing Strategy and Special Projects:Contribute to ad hoc projects and omnichannel initiatives across multiple channels. Assist in the development and execution of loyalty program initiatives. Market Research and Data Analysis:Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct primary and secondary market research.
Track, analyze, and synthesize performance metrics for email and SMS campaigns to identify trends and opportunities. Design, implement, and measure A/B tests across various messaging channels. Regularly report on campaign performance and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive new strategies.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000. The final aligned upon salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's relevant skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of marketing-related experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred (e.g. Iterable, Klayvio, etc.). Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing. Strong copywriting skills and a demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging messaging.
Highly organized and structured in approach; proficient in planning, prioritizing, and independently executing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Experience in both Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or a similar design software is a bonus.
Exceptional team player with strong communication skills - both written and verbal. A growth mindset and a strong desire to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment. Thrives in a test-and-learn culture and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
