Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and preparing ROEs.
Verifying that the time system accurately reflects the hours worked by hourly employees, and ensuring seamless integration with payroll.
Handling taxable benefits, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and completing earnings and statistical reports.
Administering and balancing remittances to various agencies and vendors.
Reviewing submissions from branch offices, ensuring accuracy and obtaining proper authorizations when necessary.
Managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
Maintaining up-to-date employee databases, reflecting current compensation details, benefits, and pension information; Keeping employee files organized and confidential.

Requirements:

3-4 years of strong experience in Payroll
Comfort with handling sensitive and confidential employee information
Completed PCP
Experience with payroll software is a plus
